Administration Certification
This opportunity will
include:

administration
coaching for the senior pastor

members and treasurer
This
opportunity covers much more than just the bylaws and finances
of the church. It will include, but not limited to:

leadership development - understanding leadership styles,
needs and communication

federal and state compliance issues

implementing proper policies and procedures

financial issues and practices
If
you would like to request specific research or arrange an
educational seminar, please contact the ABC's of Church
Management staff. Fees for services range from $40 per hour
(negotiated for small churches) to a project fee that is
negotiated directly with the church/pastor to cover an entire
project (ex.: writing/revising bylaws, completing 501(c)(3)
application, creation of employee handbook, audit reviews,
etc.).
